While Christmas can be a joyful time for some carers, sadly, for many others it can be incredibly difficult, with extra costs, fewer services, and increased loneliness. Carers UK have released a new research briefing about how carers are feeling about Christmas.
The research found that carers are fearing a bleak holiday, with the majority (68%) saying that they have gone so long without support this year that they don’t expect Christmas to be any different.
