Background

“The NEWCIS Trustees made the decision to buy the property last year to enable NEWCIS to provide subsidised breaks to carers registered with the service.

The majority of the furniture in the house has been sourced from our charity shops in Mold and Buckley, as we are always keen to support the environment and re-cycle goods where we can.

Many carers have not had any form of a break due to the pandemic and are still fearful of taking hotel breaks or breaks with shared facilities.  I would like to assure you that the house is cleaned following COVID guidelines after each break has been taken, bedding all washed at the specified temperature and crockery washed in the dishwasher to ensure the break you take is a safe one.

I would like to thank the staff and management team who have put lots of effort into making the house a home and the volunteers who have supported us with work in the garden.

We hope you agree that the holiday home is a beautiful house and located in a fantastic area and that you will find plenty to do if you wish to or just completely relax and take in the sea air!

We hope you find the house has all you need in it to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable break for you and your family to take some time out and hopefully gain a well-earned break.”
