We are incredibly proud to have been recognised by Carers Card UK as their Organisation of the Month for June and to receive this Winner Certificate in recognition of our outstanding commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to carers. 

Receiving recognition from an organisation that shares our passion for supporting unpaid carers is a real honour. What makes this award even more meaningful is that we were nominated by a member of the Carers Card UK team who had personally received support from NEWCIS. Knowing that our services have made such a positive difference to someone’s life is the greatest recognition we could ask for and reminds us why our work is so important.

Every day, our team works alongside unpaid carers, offering advice, practical support, information and a listening ear when it is needed most. We know that caring can be both rewarding and challenging, and we are committed to ensuring carers never feel they have to face those challenges alone.

This award is a testament to the dedication, compassion and hard work of our incredible staff and volunteers, who go above and beyond every day to make a real difference to unpaid carers across our communities. Their commitment, kindness and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition belongs to every member of the NEWCIS team.
