Volunteers Week 2026

During June we held our Annual Volunteers celebration event where we were able to thank volunteers for the incredible contribution they make to our organisation.  Volunteers enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the summery weather in our outdoor rear courtyard area with coffee and cake.

Volunteering has the power to transform lives. It brings people together, builds confidence, creates opportunities and helps communities thrive. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, each bringing their own experiences, perspectives and strengths to make a difference.

To every volunteer who supports NEWCIS – thank you. Your commitment, compassion and dedication make a lasting difference to carers lives every day.
