2021 is here already and brings us some hope that we may be able to plan to get back to some normality. 

As carers we know you have had to adapt in many ways this past 10 months and that isolation has affected many of you. We had planned to re-start some of our face to face groups this quarter but sadly with the latest restrictions this will not been possible to achieve. You will see that we are planning some socially distanced Spring walks as an alternative, which will only go ahead if restrictions allow us to do so. If we do have to cancel any of the face to face activities we will revert back to the very popular zoom sessions.

The Spring issue covers February – April and includes lots of useful information, carer news and a calendar of virtual events and carer groups!
