A free psychoeducational self-help online resource by Public Health Wales. Available in both English and Welsh, there are 4 videos, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, and accompanying written synopses and Activity Sheets as well as some guided Mindfulness audios.

The course can help you to take greater control of your actions, so that day-to-day life becomes less distressing and more enjoyable. You will learn practical and effective ways of dealing with thoughts and feelings that may be causing distress.
