The Welsh Government is working with local authorities and health boards to identify national best practice in the way information and advice is provided to unpaid carers. They are also looking at how carers’ needs assessments are delivered. Although some carers have had positive experiences of these services, others have found the process more difficult.

We would like you to get involved and speak about how you believe these services could best be delivered.

They are arranging a series of online and in-person events. They would be very grateful to hear your views, which will be shared (anonymously) with local authorities and health boards as we work together to improve services for all unpaid carers in Wales.
