Your Booking

There are two bedrooms one upstairs which accommodates a king size bed and a downstairs bedroom which can be offered as either two single beds or a super king size bed. The house sleeps 4 in total. Let us know how you will require the beds to be set up below
No dogs allowed except guide/hearing dogs - in such cases an additional charge of £25 will be required per dog due to extra cleaning requirements. Doggie bags must be taken and the garden clear of dog waste. Please refrain from allowing dogs on the beds. Monday to Thursday breaks is the only option for people taking dogs as it allows the additional cleaning time.

Preferred Dates

The house is available for weekend break (Friday-Monday) or Mid week break (Monday-Thursday)
Please note that the dates you request are not guaranteed until a deposit payment has been made and we contact you to confirm your booking. Please ensure you have checked the availability calendar prior to selecting your dates.

Payment

A deposit of £50 (£75 if a guide or hearing dog is being taken) is required to process your booking request. The deposit will be non-refundable if you proceed to take the break. If you do not take a break because your selected dates are not available and yo do not want to select another date you will be refunded.

You must be registered with NEWCIS to make a booking and have an up to date What Matters Conversation (Carer Needs Assesment).

The house is part of the Neighbourhood Watch scheme and to ensure we maintain the tranquillity and peace of the avenue, we do not allow visitors to the property who are not listed on the booking form. The Neighbourhood Watch are in contact with us and if they suspect that there are visitors or there are more than 2 cars at the property then we will be in touch with you to politely ask them to leave. This is to ensure the neighbours are not disturbed, to limit wear and tear on the property and for insurance purposes. We expect carers to leave the house in the condition you found it in. If the property has been damaged, dogs have stayed that we have not been informed about or items taken from the house, then you will be charged and unfortunately will not be offered the chance of taking any further breaks with us.
