Track The Act

The Track The Act survey gives unpaid family carers the opportunity to feedback how the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014 has changed their caring experience since it became law in 2016.

This questionnaire asks about the three main tenants of the Act in regards to carers i.e. whether they have received the right information, advice and support to give them the ability to care alongside achieving personal goals and looking after their own well-being.

The objective of the questionnaire is to see what is going right about the implementation of the Act and what needs to be adjusted to give carers the support they so deservedly need.

Have you seen information that has helped with your caring role? Have you been given advice that has helped you juggle looking after a loved one with your working life? Or have you had a Carers Needs Assessment?

Carers Wales wants to know what your experience has been and whether you feel like you have been given the support you need as an unpaid family carer. Please click the survey below to add your voice!
