The session will cover the physical aspects of self care eg. sleep, nutrition, exercise as well as mental and emotional approaches eg. meditation, challenging negative self-talk, and soothing ourselves & also encouraging us to be at peace with ourselves and how we are, and looking at lifestyle choices and activities.
