Create a comforting space (seated or lying down) and be guided into a deep state of relaxation through various meditations. Meditation has many benefits for your physical, emotional and mental health – helping to reduce depression, uplifting your mood, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure and increasing your melatonin levels to support your immune system. You can join with your camera turned off if you wish. There will be six sessions, join in with as many as you like!
