"I contacted NEWCIS regarding my caring role, however whilst speaking to them I mentioned that I worked in a school and would like progress in this role. A COPE Officer contacted me back and we spoke about my current role and life experience, identified options for further training to enhance my role and funding options. Just talking to someone about the direction I needed to go in and how to go about it really gave me a confidence boost!"

"Just to let you know that the interview I had last week has been successful and I'll be starting a new job the first week in October. Thanks again for your time and the links. I'm sure that it all made a difference on the day."
