Well done to the team from Thames Valley Controls with their challenge of walking up Snowdon. They all successfully completed the challenge and raised over £2,100 for NEWCIS.

Well done to the 3 Peaks challengers. They successfully completed their challenge in the 24 hours (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon). They all successfully completed the challenge and raised over £3,800 to provide breaks to carers in Denbighshire.

August 31st brought the Beatles* to Mold for an absolutely fantastic performance. Not only did we have an evening packed with Beatles songs but we raised £1,525 for NEWCIS. Thank you to Charity Rocks Wales, The Alun School Mold, Asda Queensferry and Pen y Bont Farm for supporting the event. Congratulations to the Weight Watchers groups for completing their 5kmyway challenge. They successfully completed the challenge with some participants walking up Snowdon. They raised £459 for NEWCIS

Well done to Bernie and his family with their recent photography exhibit. The exhibit was a tribute to Mo and NEWCIS. The photographs on display were fantastic with lots of excellent feedback. They raised £326.26 for NEWCIS.
