NEWCIS wants to go further than just stopping carers reaching crisis point, we aim to not only support them as carers but to provide them with opportunities to live the sort of lifestyle that we would all wish for ourselves.

A gift, no matter what size, can make a real difference to a carer's life. Some of the ways your gift could directly help carers:

Could provide a much needed carers group support session to ease isolation

Could give a stressed carer a holistic therapy session

Could give an anxious carer peace of mind with a one to one counselling session

Could offer a carer with a piece of equipment during a time of crisis

Would give a carer a day’s respite providing a crucial break

Would sponsor a young adult carer to access specific support for a year

To make a donation by cheque, made payable to 'NEWCIS', please send it to NEWCIS, 28-44 New Street, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 1NZ and include a letter saying on behalf of whom the donation is being made.

Home Collection Boxes

If you’re having a coffee morning, inviting a few friends around or simply have an empty spot on the shelf at home, then a home collection box is a great way to collect spare change. And even better, the boxes come flat so less expensive for us as a charity to send to you – meaning more money for carers.

What to do with the boxes:

When your box is full, you can either return to NEWCIS for counting or simply deposit the total and send a cheque for the amount to NEWCIS with the slip you received with your collection box. We will let you know how the fundraising is getting on and send you another box. If you no longer need them, they can be easily recycled.

"We value every penny given to us and work on the basis that our donors trust us to spend it effectively. We pride ourselves on being approachable and you can ask us for information about how we spend our money at any time."
