The Carers Wellbeing Project are hosting a number of workshops for carers to help promote emotional wellbeing. The themes have been chosen following feedback from carers.

This workshop for carers looks at being aware of your own needs, having rest and relaxation and gives you an opportunity to find ways of communicating this in a way that brings about a win/win situation. It explores how looking after yourself is paramount when looking after others and we will look at how our thoughts influence our behaviours and responses to others. We will identify new skills learnt at the workshop and how they can remind us on a daily basis of the importance of looking after ourselves.
