Drop In Silence Being a carer can be stressful and demanding. It is recommended that we give ourselves 30 minutes of silence per day. There can be several benefits to making time for silence; it can lower your blood pressure, make you feel happier, reduce stress and increase productivity. Relax and recharge at the 'Drop-In Silence'. Escape the stresses with others in shared silence, when you leave you feel, refreshed, inspired and with a peaceful mind. When? Friday 8th November 2019 6pm - 7pm You can stay for as long as you like; there is no obligation to stay. Where? Grosvenor Hall, Mold, CH7 1ES The hall is adjacent to a car park, is on one level with a ramp, has disabled toilets, and volunteers are on hand to assist. This is not a NEWCIS event.
