Being a carer can be stressful and demanding. It is recommended that we give ourselves 30 minutes of silence per day. There can be several benefits to making time for silence; it can lower your blood pressure, make you feel happier, reduce stress and increase productivity. Relax and recharge at the 'Drop-In Silence'.

Escape the stresses with others in shared silence, when you leave you feel, refreshed, inspired and with a peaceful mind.
